1. No Returns or Refunds
All purchases made through Ensoulee, including subscriptions and in-app purchases, are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any digital goods or services once a purchase has been completed.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings (Google Play or Apple App Store). Cancellation will stop future renewals, but will not result in a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
3. In-App Purchases
One-time in-app purchases are non-refundable once the associated content or feature has been delivered to your account.
4. Store-Specific Policies
Refund requests may still be subject to the policies of the platform through which you made your purchase (Google Play or Apple App Store). Please consult their respective support channels for any refund requests that fall under their policies.
