All purchases made through Ensoulee, including subscriptions and in-app purchases, are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any digital goods or services once a purchase has been completed.

Ensoulee subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Subscriptions purchased on our website (ensoulee.com/subscriptions) are billed by Stripe. To cancel a web subscription, email us at support@ensoulee.com from the address on your account and we will process the cancellation. Future renewals will stop immediately; you will retain access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store must be canceled in your app store account settings (not in the Ensoulee app). Future renewals will stop; you will retain access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

One-time in-app purchases are non-refundable once the associated content or feature has been delivered to your account.

Refund requests for app store purchases are subject to the policies of the platform through which you made the purchase (Google Play or Apple App Store). Please consult their respective support channels for those requests. Refund inquiries for web (Stripe) purchases should be directed to support@ensoulee.com.

We understand this policy may cause difficulty in some situations. If you believe your circumstances warrant special consideration, or if you are experiencing any issues with a purchase, please reach out to us at support@ensoulee.com and we will do our best to help.
