We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy, including profile information, photos, usage data, device information, location, communications, and verification information.

We may terminate or suspend your account for violating these terms, misrepresenting your identity, engaging in prohibited conduct, creating risk or legal exposure for us, or being inactive for an extended period.

We recommend meeting in public places, informing friends/family of your plans, using your own transportation, staying sober during initial meetings, reporting suspicious behavior, and protecting your personal and financial information.

We don't conduct criminal background checks on all users, verify all user information, or take responsibility for user conduct outside our platform. We don't guarantee successful matching, and use of the service is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
